Last Updated: 03/16/2025 These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the use of FAVRapp.io, FAVRCRM.com, Sanborn Insurance Group, FAVR Financial ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the services provided through our platform ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing FAVRapp.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.By using our platform, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

FAVRapp.io provides white-labeled GoHighLevel (GHL) services, allowing businesses to brand and resell marketing automation, CRM, and related tools. Our Services include but are not limited to:

White-labeled CRM setup and maintenanceAutomation and workflow templatesTechnical support and onboardingSoftware updates and integration supportThird-party API integrations and marketing automation features

We do not provide custom software development, nor are we responsible for third-party software limitations or outages related to GoHighLevel or other integrations.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING TERMS

4.1 Subscription Plans

FAVRapp.io offers monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans with automatic renewals unless canceled as outlined below.

4.2 Payment & Billing

All payments are non-refundable and billed in advance.Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.Late or failed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.We reserve the right to adjust pricing and will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

4.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly Plans (6-Month Commitment): A minimum 6-month commitment is required. Cancellation requests within this period will be processed at the end of the commitment term. After the initial term, cancellations submitted before the 15th of the month will be effective at the end of that month. Requests submitted after the 15th will be effective the following month.6-Month and 12-Month Plans: These plans are binding for the full commitment period and cannot be canceled once subscribed. No refunds will be issued.Renewals: Plans automatically renew unless a written cancellation notice is provided at least 30 days before the end of the term.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using FAVRapp.io, you agree that you will not:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or business.Misrepresent our Services or make false claims.Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any proprietary software or intellectual property.Spam, exploit, or abuse the system, leading to account suspension.Upload or distribute harmful code, viruses, or engage in phishing or fraudulent behavior.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software, branding, and trademarks on FAVRapp.io belong to the Company or its licensors.Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or redistributing our intellectual property without explicit written permission.GoHighLevel remains the rightful owner of its software, and your use must comply with their licensing terms.Any feedback or suggestions submitted to FAVRapp.io become the property of the Company without any compensation.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any part of our Services without prior notice.Service downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by GoHighLevel or third-party providers.We may introduce new features or remove existing features at our discretion.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.Users may terminate their account at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.Inappropriate or fraudulent use of our Services will result in immediate termination without notice.If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we reserve the right to deactivate or delete the account.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of FAVRapp.io. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past three (3) months.We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our Services.We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruptions, or security breaches beyond our control.

10. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some limitations may not apply to you. However, these exclusions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permissible under the law.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], excluding its conflict of law provisions.Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Your Location].If You are a U.S. federal government end user, our Service is considered a "Commercial Item" under 48 C.F.R. §2.101.You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
